Born in plant rooms, not software labs.
Every building breathes. Very few breathe well.
Enhale began on the mechanical side of buildings — in plant rooms, on rooftops, behind ceiling grilles. Our founder, mechanical engineer Mohammed Ali, spent years designing, installing and maintaining the HVAC systems that heat, cool and ventilate offices, hospitals and factories.
From inside those machine rooms, one truth kept repeating: buildings were full of equipment but empty of intelligence. Chillers ran at full load on mild days. Fresh-air dampers stayed shut while meeting rooms filled with CO₂. Energy was burned to make people uncomfortable. The data to fix all of this existed — but nothing was listening.
Enhale was founded to be the listener. We believe healthy indoor environments and low energy consumption were never rivals: a building that breathes correctly — the right air, in the right amount, at the right time — is simultaneously the healthiest and the most efficient version of itself.
The name says it all: en + hale — literally, to make healthy. Energy in the first syllable, health in the second, and a breath in every mention.
